On the Year in Industry programme you spend Year Three on placement in industry.

You will be supported in finding and applying for a placement in an organisation which could range from a local small and medium-sized enterprise to a global blue chip company-it’s up to you. The year in industry provide you with an edge in a competitive graduate labour market, access to important contacts and could even result in a full-time graduate job with your placement organisation. Recent year in industry students have undertaken placements in organisations including Triumph Motorcycles, IBM, L’Oreal and Microsoft. The placement year provides an invaluable opportunity to apply your knowledge and skills in a business environment, gaining experience of real responsibilities, projects and goals.
