Course Description

Our Archaeology degree enables you to explore both the academic and practical dimensions of a uniquely fascinating discipline. Building on a firm foundation of the subject provided in the first year, the degree gives you a wide variety of choice to follow your particular interests. So from the microscopic analysis of ancient artefacts to the exploration of entire fossilised landscapes, from understanding prehistoric villages to recording historic buildings, you’re free to pursue your own multidisciplinary specialisms throughout your study.

Six months after graduation 91.4%* of our Archaeology graduates are employed or in further study.
