Course Description

With practical industry experience built into this three-year programme, as well as workplace assignments and case studies, UCOL's Bachelor of Applied Management students are well prepared for a career in business and management. The concept of applied management is core to the degree, where students apply knowledge, skills and capabilities in a variety of ways and contexts. The Bachelor of Applied Management degree has professional accreditation with Chartered Accountants New Zealand (CAANZ) and Certified Professional Accountants Australia (CPA Australia) for students who undertake the Accounting CA major. Students can elect to complete the New Zealand Diploma in Business (Accounting) Level 5 as the first year of the Bachelor of Applied Management (Accounting) degree. The Bachelor of Applied Management is offered in flexible delivery modes including face-to-face, blended, and online courses, which enables students to have individual study flexibility.
