Course Description

JCU’s Bachelor of Arts majoring in Politics and International Relations is an exciting and relevant field that includes domestic and international affairs, the study of political institutions and processes, policy, diplomacy, political economy, and globalisation. You will examine issues relevant to the Asia-Pacific – a region of immense political, economic and strategic importance to Australia. Our Politics and International Relations major also examines political practices, economic policy and social systems in developing countries, and the relationships between countries and their governments. You will learn how to analyse and evaluate policy and political events both locally and nationally in Australia, and overseas. Politics and International Relations is available to study on campus or online.
