Course Description

The Bachelor of Business (Entrepreneurship) focuses on developing the skills and knowledge necessary to become a successful entrepreneur. Entrepreneurs are people who identify and exploit new business opportunities. They are a vital ingrediant in the process of economic growth and a career as an entrepreneur can be both challenging and rewarding. Entrpreneurs are most commonly associated with identifying new business opportunities and then building their own business ventures (notable examples include Bill Gates with Microsoft and Richard Branson with Virgin). Business planning and small business topics are a feature of this specialisation. Students may apply to undertake the Bachelor of Business (Honours) program, specialised or non-specialised Master of Business Administration or Master of Accounting.
