Course Description

CSU’s Bachelor of Business (Management) provides you with the skills necessary to manage business and be an effective leader. This course will prepare you for all aspects of a business operation and for the development of specific on-the-job skills. Course outcomes You will be eligible for: * A range of careers in the public and private sectors * Membership of professional organisations such as the Australian Institute of Management. You may seek employment in: * Business as a retail store manager, sales representative, financial adviser and department manager * Growth service industries such as the distribution industry, leisure industry and financial services * Commerce and industry with large private companies, joining a graduate training scheme * Small to medium sized companies, filling a management trainee position * Careers in government, semi-government and non-profit organisations, including positions as section or department managers Advanced standing You are eligible for credit into the Bachelor of Business degree if you have successfully completed the Martin College Advanced Diploma of Management. The University does not usually expect you to repeat study completed to an acceptable standard at a university or college, or to study subjects in which you are already competent because of work or other experience.
