It is now possible to pay course tuition fees in instalments for all postgraduate courses that last longer than 30 weeks . Payments are taken in three instalments on the following dates: 50% of course fee at or before enrolment 30% of course fee on the 6th January 2014 20% of course fee on the 22nd April 2014 From August you will be able to set up a payment plan through the fee payment gateway which will automatically debit funds from your account on the instalment dates. You will be sent an email confirming the payment plan and a receipt for the payment you have made. Remaining up to date with payments and clear of debts to the University is a necessary part of your enrolment. If you are a new student starting in the autumn and withdraw from your course after three weeks from the date of your enrolment you will remain liable for the full fee.

Graduates from the new 2 year MA Conservation will be confident in starting out in the conservation profession and will be able to: Assess dilemmas and value-conflicts and make significant value-judgements in relation to cultural artefacts. Assess substantial technical problems, for instance in relation to unstable or degraded materials or the level of risk associated with treatments or strategies. Demonstrate a deep level of practical understanding to be applied to a Conservation issue. Marshal and manage a wide range of resources. Graduates will progress into a range of career paths within the heritage industry including museum education, curation, exhibition design, tourism, museum studies as well as take on roles as Conservation professionals.
