Manufacturing Engineering involves the use of computer systems to design products, plan production, control operations and perform the various business-related functions needed in a manufacturing firm and their incorporation into an integrated computer system. The BSc (Hons) in Manufacturing Engineering is a one year follow-on course for graduates of the BEng in Manufacturing Engineering. The course prepares students to work with the latest computer-based technologies associated with modern manufacturing practice.
