WSU offers two paths toward teaching general science in middle school or high school: A bachelor’s degree in any science (for example, geology, biology, zoology, chemistry, physics) with the teaching endorsement in general science; or A bachelor of science degree in general studies with an option in any science and the teaching endorsement in general science. The University's science programs and the College of Education work together to coordinate course work in the major with the teacher certification requirements.
