The University's Asia Program provides students in engineering and architecture majors the opportunity to focus on one country or region (China, Japan, India, or the Middle East) and to develop a broad, systematic knowledge of Asia through interdisciplinary study. The certificate in East Asian studies for engineering and architecture majors serves three major objectives: Prepare students for careers dealing with Asia.
