Course Description

The Master of Sciences degree in Health Promotion is designed to prepare students for advanced study and practice in Health Promotion related areas. Graduates are prepared to take leadership roles in designing, implementing, and evaluating health promotion programs in various public and private/worksite agencies at local, state and national levels. The Health Promotion professionals trained in this program will possess the skills and knowledge to affect lifestyle choices and improve a person’s community or organizational health & wellness. Extra emphasis will be directed towards improving health & wellness in worksite settings.
