The present job market scenario demands basic computer skills for practically every job. The MCA programme is inclined more towards Application Development and thus has more emphasis on latest programming language and tools to develop better and faster applications. SBIT started Master of Computer Application degree programme to cater the market demand with high salary jobs for post graduates in computer science. Department has dedicated computer labs with both Windows and Linux environment and large number of licensed software. Special emphasis is given to develop softwares using open source technologies.
