This programme is 2 years in total and is offered at NZMA’s Auckland South and Waikato Campuses. The first 18 months of this programme consist of the Certificate in Hospitality and Employment Skills Level 3, The Certificate of Hospitality (Restaurant Service) Level 4, and the Certificate in Supervision Level 5. The final 20 weeks consists of more advanced hospitality material. Take your studies to the next level – gain a diploma. Our National Diploma in Hospitality Management will fine-tune your practical skills and develop your understanding of the operational divisions of the hospitality sector. You’ll graduate with a sound knowledge of operations and systems management and a highly-respected qualification.
