Undergraduate Global Pathways program - Business & Social Sciences Track

Course Description

Structure Northeastern’s undergraduate Global Pathways curriculum combines university-level English preparation with specialized academic coursework for the discipline you want to study. The program is taught on campus by professors at Northeastern University in Boston. Depending on your intended bachelor’s degree major, you will enter one of the following Global Pathways program tracks: Business & Social Sciences Engineering, Math & Science Duration The Undergraduate Global Pathways program is designed to be completed in 1, 2 or 3 semesters – about 4, 8 or 12 months. The length of your program is determined by your entering English language test results and fulfilled through successful completion of all Global Pathways program requirements. Upon completion, you’ll transfer into your bachelor’s degree program at Northeastern University, usually as a second-semester freshman student. Courses The Undergraduate Global Pathways curriculum provides a structured transition to American university life, blending intensive English language preparation and US cultural immersion with courses relevant to your intended major. Up to 16 academic credits earned in Global Pathways can be applied to your bachelor’s degree, allowing you to progress to the second semester of freshman year.
