Course Description

For undergraduates, the School of Architecture offers a four-year Bachelor of Arts in Architecture, and a Minor in Architecture. Clemson’s architecture program is committed to introducing our students to a broad world; therefore, our undergraduates spend one semester in Charleston, Genoa, or Barcelona as part of Clemson's renowned Fluid Campus. The Minor in Architecture is available to students in any bachelor of arts program at the University who need to complete a minor and who may be interested in architecture, cities and landscapes. These students will also participate in the Fluid Campus.

Career outcomes

Numerous career options are available to graduates who have a major in architecture. Many work in architecture offices and related design fields. Others pursue careers in graphic design, product design or interior design. To become a licensed architect, a graduate must also complete a master's degree and obtain a professional license. Most states require that an individual who intends to become an architect must hold an accredited degree
