Course Description

This advanced apprenticeship is all about supporting the people in society who need extra help such as people with disabilities, the elderly or people with learning disabilities. It will enable you to progress up the ladder in your career in health and social care. You will earn as you learn, working in a care home, or in the community doing varied tasks from helping people get dressed to and from a residential home or taking them shopping. As an advanced apprentice in health and social care, you will be given advanced responsibility in your role at work.
