Program Overview The Executive MBA program which is held over the weekends is spread across core and elective courses, allowing you to tailor your education to suit your professional career. The 2-year, 4-semester program has been designed to keep you abreast of contemporary areas of management and at the same time strengthen your core business fundamentals. Where Semesters I & II offer modules such as management principles & leadership, managerial economics, and organizational behavior to name a few, Semesters III & IV mainly offer electives that let you specialize in major and minor areas of your chosen stream in addition to core modules such as strategic decision making, business ethics, and project management. You will also be required to submit a dissertation on a minor and major specialization of choice during the final two semesters.
