LLM International Commercial Law and Practice

Course Description

No other English law school is as proficient in commercial practice. Solicitors and leading academics teach on this course, which examines the details of business transactions between UK companies and their international partners. You will learn commercial legal skills such as writing, negotiating and drafting. You're assessed on coursework and a 12,000-word dissertation. You're welcome to take part in either of our two pro bono schemes: the FreeLaw drop-in centre for the public and the Innocence Project, which investigates cases of wrongful imprisonment. International students get free English language support as part of the course.
