This is a dual honours course, which means the balance between the two subjects is equal. It covers the essentials of both disciplines, so you could become an architect, an engineer or both. The focus is on buildings and structures. It's the only course in the UK to be accredited by both the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) and the Joint Board of Moderators - the Institution of Civil Engineers, the Institution of Structural Engineers, the Chartered Institution of Highways and Transportation, and the Institute of Highway Engineers.
