The Master of Laws (LLM) #24 is designed to enhance the theoretical and practical expertise of students and provide them with a professional edge. Students will improve their independent and critical thinking and research skills. The courses offered are predominantly driven by the needs of contemporary legal practice. They include courses in highly specialized areas as well as more general areas where the principles underpinning that area are complex and require a depth of understanding.

Graduates of postgraduate law programs generally work as legal specialists. While this degree may be accredited by an official industry accreditation body in Australia, completion of the degree may not result in graduates receiving automatic accreditation.
