Graduates will have in-depth knowledge and be prepared for leadership in the information technology profession. Graduates will display effective communication skills, independence and creativity, critical judgment and ethical and social understanding. The objective of the Bachelor of Information Technology is to train students in- the study of digital computer systems and their applications; the ability to process data or information in order to solve problems; the study of programming languages, algorithms and information structures. The Bachelor of Arts component allows students to choose from a wide variety of majors to either complement their information technology studies, or to broaden their knowledge in another field, thus expanding their opportunities to work in different areas.
