The Bachelor of Science (International) acknowledges that the many challenges faced by science can only be addressed through international research collaborations. Scientists need to be experts in their field and qualified to interact effectively with colleagues from around the world. Major – this is the field of science in which you specialise. All students choose a major (or two), which will provide them with a solid education in scientific theory, method and research. A minor in a language Electives which cover cultural studies, international business, development studies and globalisation An overseas exchange for 2 sessions at an approved partner university. Students are provided with a contribution towards the expenses of the exchange by the Faculty of Science.
