The aim of this programme is to provide you with the opportunity to specialise in either voice or dance, to study it as your primary discipline, and also to develop skills to perform works that include both voice and dance. You will explore existing works from across a spectrum of traditional and contemporary repertoires, and will also have the opportunity to create original compositions and choreographies.

The BA Voice and Dance is designed to produce performers who will sing, dance or do both professionally. Great emphasis is also placed on the development of transferable vocational skills like music business management, technology and education, which will open up some less-obvious career pathways for you. Graduates have established careers for themselves such as; Professional performers First and second level music teachers Choreographers and composers Activists and entrepreneurs in education and community arts Professionals in media – audio and video recording, radio, television, and theatre
