This Masters programme in Molecular Medicine offers you the opportunity to work alongside some of the foremost cancer researchers in state-of-the-art research laboratories. You will learn a range of molecular and cell biology techniques as well as developing the generic skills that are necessary to be a successful researcher, such as project planning, scientific writing and presentation skills. You will receive excellent instruction in basic molecular biology research skills which makes you well-placed to get the best out of your research placements. The programme is ideally suited for pre-doctoral training if you wish to go on to do a PhD; or if you are a clinician wishing to develop your research skills and experience in preparation for a career in academic medicine; or if you are aiming for a career in the life sciences industries, this programme is designed for you.
