The Master of Engineering (Civil) / Master of Construction Management is for students who wish to enhance their knowledge and undertake continuing professional development in both the fields of civil engineering and construction management. The course will have an applied industry focus and present units of study relevant to professional practice and contemporary research in these fields. The discipline specific units within this combined course have a technical focus, which can be complemented with a range of technical or management focused elective units of study along with industry relevant research units, to suit the needs of the individual student. Importantly, many of the technical units of study have a sustainability theme which is the great challenge for the delivery of infrastructure in the 21st century.
