Master of Natural Resource Stewardship (MNRS) - Forest Sciences Specialization

Course Description

This degree is a coursework-intensive professional masters degree. The MNRS does not include a research project or thesis. It is intended to provide students with a broad natural resources education and specialized resource management expertise in one of four specializations: 2013 MNRS co-hort at Antelope Canyon ecological restoration forest sciences rangeland ecosystem science sustainable military lands management The professional masters can be completed in three semesters of full time coursework. Some courses require prerequisites that incoming students may need to complete, and some highly desired courses are only offered every other year. Therefore, the length of time required to complete the program depends on the student's background and desired courses.
