Environmental Engineering at Guelph is truly an interdisciplinary program in which both engineering and science principles are used in combination to minimize the impact of humans on the environment. Environmental Engineers design waste treatment processes and systems to identify, prevent and clean up pollution of our land, water and air. Our graduates are recognized around the world for their skills and background in biological, chemical and physical systems needed to tackle the environmental challenges of today and tomorrow. As an Environmental Engineer, you can work locally and internationally in consulting, industry, research, and municipal, provincial and federal governments.
