You will gain a thorough grounding in the construction environment, its processes and the nature of the industry. You will also gain knowledge of project planning, project finance, and the regulatory framework in contract law and health and safety. You will also understand the influence of sustainable design and the need for efficient delivery of a project in terms of time, cost and quality.
