Choose this three-and-a-half year diploma program if you do not meet the regular admission requirements of the two-and-a-half year Electrical Engineering Technology program or if you want to take the program over three and a half years. The modified pace in the first two years of the program provides an excellent foundation in physics, mathematics, and technical courses, while at the same time ensuring that you develop the necessary study skills to succeed. You will be invited to participate in a math skills diagnostic testing session that will advise you of your program readiness. After you successfully complete this first two years in the integrated program, you will enter Term 4 of the specialization you wish to pursue from the following options: Electrical Engineering Technology, Electronic Engineering Technology or Instrumentation Engineering Technology. When necessary, students will be given priority selection into their specialization based on their Grade Point Average (GPA) for the two years of the integrated program.
