This two-year program is designed for students who wish to acquire a general education in the arts and sciences while having the flexibility to explore other potential educational options within the college or other post-secondary academic institutions. Students will acquire knowledge and skills in three major disciplines: humanities, applied mathematics and science, and social and behavioural sciences. In the second year, the opportunity exists for students, in consultation with the program coordinator, to select from a variety of post-secondary courses in the major discipline of their choice. In this way, a program is constructed to meet each student's goals. During this program, students will participate in a course on career options.
