Course Description

The Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering offer an MSE in engineering science with an enterprise systems innovation and management concentration, providing enterprise and technology managers a wide range of analytical and strategic methods in enterprise systems, innovation and management. The core focus of the program includes enterprise product and service (offering) innovation, process and strategy innovation within the enterprise, in addition to enterprise management, asset, design and business model innovation. The enterprise systems innovation and management concentration allows professionals the opportunity to enhance their leadership abilities and analytical thinking and bring value to their organization and professional advancement. In today's global environment, business execution is becoming increasingly competitive. Managing resources, products and customers across the globe magnifies organizational challenges and requires more sophisticated systems, tactical thinking and advanced methods of measuring, analyzing and controlling performance. Managers must understand the underlying issues across the enterprise to impact and create business value. The master's in engineering science with a concentration in enterprise systems innovation and management is only available through distance learning and is no longer accepting new applications.
