Course Description

This programme is designed for those interested in attaining or developing analytical skills in economics and finance which are relevant to successful careers in the fields of investment, finance, project appraisal and project management. These areas offer scope for beneficial career development as investment analysts, financial advisers, project managers or consultants in central and commercial banks, stockbrokers and other financial institutions, consultancy firms, government departments and international agencies, such as the World Bank. Students who do not have a strong background in economics, but who have other relevant qualifications or experience, can take a Summer Session course in Economics and Quantitative Methods.
