Course Description

The MSc Exercise and Health Science is an advanced multidisciplinary course of study concerned with the assessment, prescription and monitoring of exercise in healthy and at-risk populations. This course examines the effectiveness of exercise health interventions and investigates the use of exercise as a tool to assess future health risks. It focuses on equipping you with the high level skills required to implement and interpret all types of exercise based data. With a strong emphasis on research, the course also offers practical experience.
