Course Description

If you're an established or aspiring information technology (IT) professional the Master of Information Technology will expand your professional knowledge and skills in information technology (IT). The course will provide you with a combination of leading-edge theory and the chance at hands on practical experience to prepare you for a successful career in IT. The specialty majors in this course focus on mobile application development, software design and development and networks and information security these are supported by an available minor in Project and Program Management. This course is designed to provide you with up-to-date knowledge on how to manage the technical, organisational and economic issues involved in the management of information technology (IT) resources and systems. All units have been aligned to the Australian Computer Society (ACS) core body of knowledge.
