Wintec welcomes students to the Certificate in Dairy Technology Programme. This programme has been developed in cooperation with the New Zealand Industry Training Organisation (NZITO), dairy company representatives and Massey University. The Certificate in Dairy Technology Programme is designed for current employees of the New Zealand Dairy Manufacturing Industry. It aims to give students the basic knowledge and skills they need to enrol in Year 1 of the two- year New Zealand Diploma in Dairy Manufacturing (previously the Massey University Diploma in Dairy Technology), as planned for delivery at Wintec in 2014.
