The Diploma in Information Technology (Level 6) requires successful completion of 240 credits (120 credits from Level 5) drawn from a range of computing and business courses, which have a high practical content.

Graduates will have acquired detailed knowledge and skills in selected areas of ICT, enabling them to move towards further specialisation. Work opportunities include trainee programmer or analyst, network or database administrator, computer trainer, helpdesk analyst, user/systems support, trainee webpage developer.
