Programme Overview The principles of Music Theatre have definitely changed over the past decade or so with performers now being required to sing, dance and act, instead of just being cast as a ‘singer’ or a ‘dancer.’ In other words, to get the jobs, you need to be what is commonly known in the industry as a ‘Triple Threat.’ Our tutors are dynamic professionals with a wealth of experience and most are still working in the industry so their knowledge and skill base is current and relevant to today’s teaching. Students during their time here, are given the best possible training to ensure they leave as well rounded, confident and dynamic performers. On successful completion, students may apply to enrol in year three of the Bachelor of Applied Arts (Performing Arts).
