This course is designed for students who wish to pursue a career in science based professions and do not meet the necessary entry requirements for university. We welcome applications from students who completed their secondary education some years ago and now wish to improve their academic skills prior to attending university.

Students from this pathway will generally go on to foundation degrees or BSc Honours programmes, which includes: applied biology, environmental science, biomedical science, forensics, pharmacy, pharmacology, midwifery, physiotherapy, sports therapy, radiography, occupational therapy, speech therapy, sports science, teaching (secondary), plus a range of other science and health related courses.
