This course offers a route for adults to enter the teaching profession. The pathway specific subjects cover Education Studies, English and Maths for Teachers, English Literature, Practical Skills in Teaching, History, Psychology and Sociology, and provide a thorough preparation for higher education. Assessment is through a combination of assignments and examinations. Homework or private study is required. Any offer by Walsall College is subject to the academic qualifications you have provided. You can progress onto a degree course in a variety of fields. Successful completion of the unit assessment is required for progression.
