The Level 3 Diploma is a generic qualification that will be relevant across the Children and Young People’s Workforce. This qualification has been designed to provide a broad understanding of the Children and Young People’s Workforce sector and an introduction to the practical skills and knowledge required. The Diploma in children and Young People’s Workforce Certificate framework includes the following components: • Diploma Level 3 for the Children & Young People’s Workforce • Functional Skills Maths Level 2 • Functional Skills English Level 2 • Functional Skills ICT Level 2 • Employer Rights and Responsibilities • PLTS is integrated throughout the programme • Paediatric first aid • Food hygiene
