Course Description

Graduates from UFV's Automation and Robotics program are skilled trained technicians with the skills and confidence to build, maintain, calibrate and integrate automation and control systems in a wide variety of sectors, including agriculture, industrial manufacturing, and the oil and gas industry.

UFV's Automation and Robotics program is recognized by the International Electronics Technician Articulation Committee – giving graduates national and global mobility when looking for work or further education. Upon successful completion of UFV’s Electronics Technician Common Core program, students will be able to transfer to other post-secondary institutions offering specialty programs.
