The BBA program, which currently requires students to complete 21 hours of accounting, is for students looking for a career in industry or government. Accounting is a degree with 360 degrees of possibilities: every field from the arts to charity to sports to international business needs the insight of an accountant to make decisions and formulate strategy.

Career Course: McCombs focuses on helping you achieve your career goals right from the start. While many institutions wait to put you in contact with their Career Services department, one of your very first McCombs classes will be taught by a Career Coaching professional. During this course, you’ll learn employer trends, examine what skills are in demand and become familiar with each of the majors we offer. You’ll also develop your resume, learn to write a cover letter and—best of all—receive a Mock Interview in preparation for recruiting.
