Bachelor of Applied Science (Exercise Physiology) Honours

Course Description

The honours program is a Faculty wide program and runs in tandem with the pass program. The program will equip students with the knowledge and practical skills needed to utilise and produce high quality research. They will also learn how to plan, conduct and write up a research project, under the guidance of senior research scholars within the Faculty. The program includes lectures and seminars with students from across the Disciplines in the Faculty in addition to individual research project supervision meetings.

Examples include exercise rehabilitation, prevention and management of chronic diseases, medical scientist, community health promotions, occupational health and safety and injury prevention (occupational ergonomics), sport scientist, strength and conditioning coach or trainer, and fitness industry, personal fitness promotion.
