You will belong to the same faculty throughout your time with us and most of the subjects you study will be offered by schools or departments within this faculty. Admission to the BSc (Hons) Biology and Logic & Philosophy of Science programme of study is through the Faculty of Science. The programme details of this course are provided by: School of Biology: The School of Biology is one of the leading departments of Biology in the UK offering a wide breadth of biology degrees from Marine Biology to Molecular Biology. In the most recent Research Assessment Exercise (RAE 2008), 95% of Biology’s research was judged to be ‘world leading', 'internationally recognised’ or ‘excellent’ which complements our excellent grading in teaching quality and consolidates our commitment to research-led scholarship. School of Philosophical, Anthropological and Film Studies: Programme details You will be able to choose modules from our Module Catalogue which is published annually as module availability can change from year to year. As a Joint Honours student you will gain more than one-third of your Honours years credits in each of two subject areas.
