Course Requirements In addition for the Junior/Senior Core and Non-Business Breadth Requirements, every management major must complete the following coursework: • 4 Core Management courses (one from each of the four Aspects of Change categories: Understanding Workplaces; Forming and Transforming Organizations; Social, Political and Economic Change; and Globalizing) • 3 Upper-Level Elective courses (such as Environmental Law, Entrepreneurship and Society, and Interpersonal Skills)
