Action Research for Education (MA)

Course Description

The course is designed to support the continuing professional development needs of staff in education, training organisations and youth work. We aim to ensure the course is relevant for you and your current professional development needs, enhance your performance in your work and/or professional practice, increase your confidence in your work and in working with others, provide a platform for research and evaluation and help you to apply high ethical standards in your practice and research. This course helps develop approaches to meeting the changing needs of learners. It is underpinned by the philosophy of the reflective practitioner, by which you investigate the challenges and opportunities which are found in professional life.
