Uniting theory and practice, this course is for people keen to gain the knowledge and skills to apply psychological principles to business practice. Business Psychology will be particularly interesting to those with some knowledge of psychology who wish to develop workforce-specific skills, and to individuals in business wanting to acquire knowledge and skills in the application of psychology. The course begins with three foundation modules, Professional Skills, The Practitioner Consultant and Psychology of the Individual, that combine to provide a solid grounding in Business Psychology. Students will then choose from a range of modules covering different areas of application ranging from organisational change through to workplace counselling and well-being.
