Course Description

For more than 40 years, the University of Dayton has prepared leaders for the nonprofit and public sectors. Our 39-hour master's degree program emphasizes a core of public management skills, teaching you through leading theory and practical application. As an affiliate of the University of Dayton's Fitz Center for Leadership in Community, we offer you the opportunity to branch out and make contacts in the community while making a difference. If you're not currently working in the public or private sectors, you will have the opportunity to participate in our internship program.
