B.S. in Real Estate and Economic Development - Construction Management Specialization

Course Description

The Construction Management specialization of the B.S. in Real Estate and Economic Development program is designed for students who have taken courses in construction management at a community college and are now seeking to earn a bachelor's degree and further their knowledge of real estate. Students may transfer a maximum of fifteen credit hours in Construction Management into the REED program. Those credits will satisfy the real estate electives in the program. Students should note that they are allowed to transfer a maximum of 63 credit hours from a community college including general education, articulated business courses, and Construction Management.
