Course Description

You’ll be rolling in dough when you start your baking career with UCOL. Our intensive programme covers the basics of baking and pastry production; including how to make breads and dough, hot and cold desserts and pastry goods. You‘ll also learn how to produce commercial volumes to be sold in retail shops or restaurants. The class hours are 6.30am to noon, Monday to Friday, with lots of practical hands-on experience backed up with theory taught by our experienced chefs. Best of all, you get to sample what you make!
